    \section{Setting Up ($\approx$\SI{20}{\minute})}
    \begin{enumerate}
        \item \textbf{Before Church} Disable the Liahona WiFi network in Technology Manager (TM)\footnote{Requires a bishopric member or tech specialist. See \url{https://tm.churchofjesuschrist.org}.}.
        \item Turn on the stand power, set volume to lowest setting.
        \item Turn on both TVs in the overflow (power button on bottom of left side).
        \item Plug in the streaming XLR cables (table, lectern).
        \item Power on the A/V computer and move monitor, keyboard, and mouse to the desktop.
        \item Sign in to Windows using password: \ovalbox{\texttt{avadmin}}
        \item Launch OBS and Zoom.
        \item Check audio interface settings
            \begin{enumerate}
                \item Are the gain knobs set to their marked positions?
                \item Do you see signal the microphone input?
                \item Enable \SI{48}{\volt} phantom power.
                \item Enable direct monitoring in mono mode (not stereo)
            \end{enumerate}
        \item Start the virtual camera in OBS.
        \item Sign in to your ward's Zoom and start the meeting\footnote{You may store credentials in \texttt{zoom\_passwords.txt} on the Desktop for convenience.}.
        \item Ensure Cable Output is the microphone input, and OBS Virtual Camera is the video input.
        \item Ensure ``Original Sound'' and high-fidelity audio is enabled in Zoom.
        \item Disable the ability for Zoom participants to unmute themselves.
            If they do, this will play over the sound system and be disruptive.
        \item \textbf{If there are Zoom participants ($+\approx$\SI{10}{\minute})}
            \begin{enumerate}
                \item Use the hook by the table to lower the screen.
                \item Set up the projector.
                \item Hook the computer to the projector using the \SI{30}{ft} HDMI cable and DisplayPort adapter in the drawer.
                \item Set the displays to ``Mirrored'', so you can easily know what is on that screen.
                \item Set Zoom to speaker view.
                \item Unmute the speaker only when it is their turn, and mute host Zoom account.
                    Their video will display, and their audio will play over the sound system.
            \end{enumerate}
        \item Monitor chat in case viewers report audio or video issues.
    \end{enumerate}

    \section{Running the Meeting}
    \begin{itemize}
        \item Enable Zoom's Auto-Transcription service.
        \item As usual, monitor for Zoom bombing and inappropriate content (e.g., video feed unintentionally left on).
            Moderate if necessary.
        \item Depending on the speaker, you may need to adjust the gain of the microphones up or down. The marked presets are just a sensible default.
        \item \textbf{Sacrament} After the sacrament hymn, but before the prayers, switch scenes in OBS to the ``sacrament'' scene, which will mute the audio and display a video overlay.
            Switch back to the main scene after the conclusion of the sacrament.
        \item Note that there is also an ``audience'' scene, if you want to use that during times there isn't a speaker (e.g., hymns).
    \end{itemize}

    \section{Cleaning Up ($\approx$\SI{10}{\minute})}
    \begin{enumerate}
        \item Close OBS and Zoom.
        \item Turn off the A/V computer, and put monitor, keyboard, mouse back under the table.
        \item Unplug the streaming XLR cables.
        \item Plug in the standard XLR cables.
        \item Turn off the stand power.
        \item \textbf{After Church} Re-enable Liahona WiFi network in TM.
    \end{enumerate}

    \section{Wireless Mic}
    \begin{itemize}
        \item Our system supports one wireless microphone, which is stored in the drawer.
            This is also connected in OBS and to the audio interface.
        \item If someone wants to use this, make sure that fresh \SI{9}{\volt} batteries are available.
        \item This often requires more gain tweaking as each speaker will hold the mic differently.
    \end{itemize}

    \section{Maintenance}
    \begin{itemize}
        \item Occasionally, the A/V PC should be turned on so that Windows Update can run.
            Doing this at a time separate from your meetings should prevent updates from trying to run during a Zoom meeting and hogging CPU and/or bandwidth.
    \end{itemize}

    \section{FAQs}

    \subsection{Not getting signal from the podium microphone?}
    Is the \SI{48}{\volt} phantom power button enabled on the Scarlett 2i2?

    \subsection{Can't hear the microphone on house speakers?}
    Is direct monitoring enabled? Use the mono mode (one circle), not stereo (two circles).

    \subsection{Can't hear the desktop audio on house speakers?}
    Is the Scarlett 2i2 set as your speaker/output device?

    \subsection{Is desktop audio too loud compared to in-person speakers?}
    Turn down the volume on the A/V PC. \SI{50}{\percent} seems about right.

    \subsection{Does the audio (especially organ) sound terrible in Zoom?}
    Do you have ``Original Sound'' on in Zoom?
    Is high-fidelity music mode enabled in Zoom?
    Are you using the Cable Output as the microphone in Zoom?

    \subsection{Why do I hear a echo when the organ is playing?}
    If you hear echo from the organ during hymns, you can turn off direct monitoring on the Scarlett 2i2.
    Turn it back on to mono mode afterwards.

    \subsection{Is the organ too quiet on Zoom?}
    The organ is being recorded by the lectern microphone.
    If the organ volume is low, you might have to increase the gain on the Scarlett 2i2 during the hymns, or ask the organist to turn up the volume of the organ.

    \subsection{Where are things stored?}
    Store all the cables (\SI{30}{ft} HDMI cable, XLR cables, etc.) in the drawer of the clerk's table.
    This is also where the spare XLR microphones are stored.
    The computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and audio interface should all be tucked under the table when not in use.

    \subsection{Are Zoom participants hearing a lot of noise?}
    Use the Virtual Cable as the microphone, rather than the Scarlett 2i2 directly.
    Make sure that OBS audio sources are monitoring to the Virtual Cable Input, and have filters applied.

    \subsection{Can I install X, Y, or Z?}
    Please do not install new software or change any settings without approval from the admin (see header).
    If you have any feedback or suggestions for improvements, please also contact the admin.

    \subsection{Is there something wrong with the PC?}
    Stay calm! Can you tell what piece of the system isn't functioning?
    Can you temporarily work around it?
    Contact the admin (see header) to make sure it's fixed after the meeting.
